• PARI/GP. This is a free software package for doing computations in number theory. Not required for the course, but you might find it helpful, at least for checking some computations in homework (sadly you won't be able to use it on exams). You can download the C source and compile it yourself, or can grab binaries for Windows and Mac OS X.
• Exam I (from Fall 2008). "Pulverizer" is an alias for the Euclidean algorithm.
