• If you do not want to give a talk, write "N" for the title and abstract;

• Please write down your arrival/departrue date, so that we will arrange the hotel for you, unless you want to reserve the hotel by your own using your grant;

• Please indicate if you need a pickup from the airport, so that we can arrange in advance. As special pass is needed driving in Hong Kong, it is very expensive for us to arrange pickups by car. But if you let us know in advance, we will try our best to make an arrangement for you;

• Most of our reserved rooms are single-ocupancy, so if you need a double room, please inform us in advance.

• A conference banquet will be held on Friday, July 29. Please indicate if you plan to attend the banquet.
