Biography
I am a Computational Biologist working at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), and Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT (2017 - Present). My research interests lie in the development and application of computational methods to decipher pathogenic cell states and disease-associated features for autoimmune diseases using high-dimensional single-cell multi-omics data. During my PhD (2013 - 2017), I worked with Dr. Patrick Flaherty on Bayesian statistical modeling and machine learning for large-scale NGS-seq data to characterize patient heterogeneity in clinical samples.
