I am an assistant professor in the UMass Amherst Math Department. My research is in algebraic geometry. To learn more about my research, click on the research tab at the top of the page.
You can find my course information under the teaching tab. In Spring 2024, I am teaching Math 411: Abstract Algebra and Math 612: Graduate Algebra.
I have two dogs. To see more pictures of them, come by my office, or click on the dogs tab! I also enjoy cats, and greatly enjoy when students come by my office to show me photos of their own pets.
Previously, I was a postdoc at UCSD. I finished my PhD in June 2018 at the University of Washington under Sándor Kovács.
