Homeworks will be assigned through MyMathLab. I will provide a course ID number so that you can purchase access (including an electronic copy of the textbook) for $75.

Homeworks are due on Tuesdays and Thursdays (first homework due 9/13/16).
There will be two midterm exams and a final exam. Past exams are available here.
You are allowed one 8.5" x 11" sheet of notes (both sides). Calculators and the textbook are not allowed on the exams. You should bring your student ID (UCard) to each exam.
First midterm examThe first midterm will be held on Tuesday 10/18/16, 7:00PM--9:00PM, in HASA0126.
The syllabus for the first midterm is the following sections of the textbook: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3.

Second midterm examThe second midterm will be held on Tuesday 11/15/16, 7:00PM--9:00PM, in HASA0126.

Final ExamThe final exam will be held on Tuesday 12/20/16, 10:30AM-12:30PM, in Boyden gym.
